Our Building
Built in 2002, this building housed our Sunday School. It is ready made for a small school, but is suitable for adult day-care, after-school program, offices, and meeting rooms for small groups. There are 6 rooms: 4 independent rooms and 2 rooms that are connected. Here is a floor plan:
Sample Room
Each room has plenty of natural sunlight and its own faucet, shelves, and exit door.
The Yard
Currently, a low fence separates the building for lease and the yard, which can be removed. The far end of the yard hosts a play structure geared for children ages 5-12.
The yard is available for development by the tenant for the tenant’s vision and purpose.

Other Details
Our church has a food program, Our Daily Bread, on campus, and it serves meals three times a week–Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Diners come and go from early morning till 1pm. Volunteers also prepare the meals at other times during the week.
While the program often occupies the hall and its commercial-grade kitchen, there is room to schedule its use on off-hours. In addition, use of the church sanctuary can be negotiated around our worship schedule.
