Why a Rector Search?
After 17 years of devoted ministry to Saint Thomas, our third Rector Wendy Smith retired in August 2013. In the interim, the Rev. Robert “Rob” L. Keim has faithfully been serving our parish until a permanent rector can be discerned.
A Change in Spiritual Leadership
As is customary in the Episcopal Church with a change in spiritual leadership, a rector search committee, chairperson and non-voting vestry member serving as liaison are appointed by the vestry to conduct a search process for a new rector.
