REMINDER
There will be No Sunday School meeting on October 6th. Instead, we invite you to join us for a special time of worship and loving care of the animals that have given us so much joy in our lives.
We will honor those that are with us, that have passed away and even well-traveled fuzzy stuffed friends that have been hauled around wherever we go.
ST. FRANCIS & ST. CLARE
Every year we celebrate the Feasts of St. Francis and St. Clare by offering Animal Blessings during both morning worship services at 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. This year we will gather in the main church sanctuary – look for the double red doors!
BRING A PET, A PHOTO OF A PET OR A STUFFED ANIMAL FOR A BLESSING
If you would like to have your pet blessed be sure to bring them with you on Sunday.
There will be water available, and both cat and dog kibble as an added treat in the courtyard following service!
ANIMAL CARE/SAFETY
Please make sure animals feel secure; keep animals on a leash, in a cage, or in an enclosure of choice, as we want to make sure all creatures large and small are welcome.
If you have an animal that may find it awkward to bring or that may struggle in the company of other people or animals, please consider bringing a photo image of your beloved pet to receive a blessing.
