The Zoom Picnic will begin immediately following the 10:30 AM morning Zoom worship service on Sunday, June 28th.
PICNIC ACTIVITIES
We are selecting activities we all can actively participate in, whether connecting with audio only, or having both visual and audio connections. We encourage everyone to stay for the picnic and enjoy some fellowship and fun activities!
PREPARING FOR A VIRTUAL PICNIC
To help with our concept of a “virtual picnic”, we suggest that you wear picnic clothes that day, have a snack prepared and find a comfortable chair to relax in.
At the beginning of the picnic we will provide time for a short break in which you can gather your picnic supplies in addition to tending to other necessities. Those with the computer know-how might even change their background to a park setting for the picnic (or take your laptop or tablet outside if your wifi works in your yard!)
FUN IN AN OPEN FORUM
The picnic will feature an open forum in which all are invited to share a joke, riddle, game, story, song, & etc. So, begin thinking about what you might want to share. Please be mindful that there will be people who are signed in with audio only and not be able to see what you are sharing.
PARISH GROUP PHOTO
Have your Covid-19 masks handy…at one point during the picnic, we will ask everyone to put them on for a group picture of all of us wearing our masks.
