ODB Valentine Fundraising Challenge

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, a benefactor has pledged to match all contributions made in February to Our Daily Bread up to $10,000. We are reaching out to St. Thomas and ongoing supporters for help in meeting this challenge.

A donation of $78 will provide meals for a homeless person for the winter months.
A donation of $312 will provide meals for a homeless person for a year.
A donation of ANY amount is greatly appreciated!

We are anticipating a difficult winter due to El Niño for many of the hungry and homeless whom we feed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. ODB is the only source for a hot meal for many of these needy people and their survival depends on our program. Due to your generosity, ODB was able to provide over 61,000 meals in 2015.

We invite you to again help us feed the hungry in our community including the aged, homeless, unemployed, disabled, and working poor. We strive to keep our expenses low and our per meal cost at $2. The demand for meals remains high and we need over $11,000 per month to keep our doors open. With your support, we can continue to sustain this important work.

If you have any questions or wish to visit our program, please do not hesitate to Contact David Barnes, ODB Program Director. Upon request, we would be happy to provide further information about our finances.

If you wish to donate online, please visit our website at OurDailyBread-Sunnyvale.org and click on the “DONATE” button at the bottom of any page.
