Seventh Sunday in Easter

May 16, 2021

Praying in Their Midst by the Rev. Ricardo Avila

In the Farewell Discourse, Jesus prays for his sad disciples in their midst.  Rev. Avila tells a story of being at the bedside of a man, who was released from prison, to die in the hospital.  He tells the story of praying for him in his presence.  What if we were to pray for one another as Jesus prayed his disciples, so that they can overhear what we say?
