The sermon from this past Sunday, Lit from Eternity, considers the Parable of the 10 Bridesmaids (Matthew 25:1-15). Waiting for the world to be made right takes a special kind of fuel–fuel that is from eternity. All other fuels are false promises; we will burnout. But this fuel cannot be shared–it can only be surrendered to. That is how the door (to the kingdom) opens.
