FAMILY EUCHARIST
There are Sundays set aside for gathering together as a full faith community to worship and celebrate Family Eucharist. On those days, Sunday School is not in session and nursery care will continue to be offered.
This Sunday, the Last Sunday after Epiphany – February 7th – we will (ALL) gather together for Family Eucharist in the Sanctuary. Since there will be no Sunday School offered this day, please come and join us!
NO SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School will resume again on February 14th in time for Valentine’s Day. Check the Parish Calendar for the monthly Sunday School schedule.
NURSERY CARE
Nursery Care is offered for children ages 0 to age 4 in the Education Building from 10:30 am through end of the “Family Eucharist” mid-morning worship service.
Please collect your children afterwards and come join us for a pancake brunch!
LOCATIONS
For the Family Eucharist service – please gather in the Sanctuary. For your convenience, Nursery Care is available in the Education Building. Cowans Hall is located across the courtyard from the sanctuary. For these or other locations, please see Directions and Campus Map.
SUNDAY’S READINGS

SPECIAL EVENTS
SHROVE SUNDAY: Following both worship services this Sunday (Feb. 7th), Boy Scouts Troop 404 will be serving pancakes-yum! to celebrate Shrove Sunday, traditionally held on Fat Tuesday and called Shrove Tuesday. We are departing from tradition just a little so more can participate in the fun festivities.
ASH WEDNESDAY: This Wednesday (Feb. 10th) there will be two services for the Imposition of Ashes. The first will be held at 12:15 and the second service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Through these worship services, we begin our Lenten Journey that leads us from Ashes to Easter Fire. Be sure to bring your children so that they can experience in community the varied services of Lent. It’s a wonderful spiritual experience, too, for those exploring the Christian faith.
LENT: We will be putting together a special Lenten Project and Social Family Gathering (March 20th) after worship service. Be sure to put that date on your calendar and set it aside for Saint Thomas.
PALM/PASSION SUNDAY & EASTER VIGIL: Our children will be taking part in some of those services this year, Palm/Passion Sunday and The Easter Vigil. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer!
