Is there someone you’ve been thinking of bringing to church, but feel shy about it? Invite ’em to come and then join our luncheon to celebrate Gage McKinney’s new book.
THE BOOK: MACBOYLE’S GOLD
Here is a brief synopsis:
Errol MacBoyle, a mining engineer from UC Berkeley, wouldn’t give up on his dreams. He believed there was a fortune in the Idaho Maryland gold mine in Grass Valley even after eminent geologists said it was worked out, and after nearly exhausting his limited funds, he made himself and his investors rich. Then he believed he could build a major research hospital, and continued to believe it despite a war which shut his gold mine and a stroke which left him unable to speak.
Today a regional hospital sits literally atop Mr. MacBoyle’s mining claim.
THE AUTHOR: GAGE MCKINNEY
